Resetting a TinkerCAD Password

If you have a TinkerCAD account already, but can’t sign in, try these instructions.

  1. Click “Log In” from the TinkerCAD home page, NOT “Sign Up”.
  2. Then, click the blue “Personal accounts” button.
  3. Now, click “Email or Username”.
  4. Enter your email address and then click “Next”.
  5. On the Passsword screen, click the blue "Forgot?" above the password box.
  6. Open a new browser tab, and click “Office & Email” on the Start Screen.
  7. Click the little Outlook icon - - on the left-hand side of the page.
  8. Wait for your inbox to load.
  9. Open the email from Autodesk, then click the "Reset Password" button.
  10. Enter a new password, making sure it meets the requirements for TinkerCAD.
  11. Click “Save”.
  12. You will be redirected to the TinkerCAD home page.
  13. Follow Steps 1 to 4 again, and enter your new password when prompted.
