Resetting a TinkerCAD Password
BackIf you have a TinkerCAD account already, but can’t sign in, try these instructions.
- Click “Log In” from the TinkerCAD home page, NOT “Sign Up”.
- Then, click the blue “Personal accounts” button.
- Now, click “Email or Username”.
- Enter your email address and then click “Next”.

On the Passsword screen, click the blue "Forgot?" above the password box.

- Open a new browser tab, and click “Office & Email” on the Start Screen.
- Click the little Outlook icon -
- on the left-hand side of the page. - Wait for your inbox to load.

Open the email from Autodesk, then click the "Reset Password" button.

- Enter a new password, making sure it meets the requirements for TinkerCAD.
- Click “Save”.
- You will be redirected to the TinkerCAD home page.
- Follow Steps 1 to 4 again, and enter your new password when prompted.
